The Irreverent Road Ride is unlike any other road-gravel-adventure ride or whatever you’d like to call it. Kicking off back in 2011, IRR is the brainchild of cycling friends Adam St. Germain and Hubert d’Autremont. IRR strips away every layer of a person until they are just themselves. There is no more posturing. IRR is more than just a bike ride; it embodies an idea, a sense of adventure, and a test of mind, body, and will.
Traversing through every type of Vermont road, trail, path, and lack thereof, IRR has maintained a cult following through its 14th edition and shows no signs of stopping. And there are literally no signs, so you will inevitably get lost. Ten Acre has had the privilege year-to-year to create little design behind each iteration and will constantly be clearing the calendar for next year.
